TERMS OF SALE

These terms apply to purchases made at ninelivescollective.net. A binding contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is made at checkout using the methods offered there.

Each piece is hand-pressed in small batches. Orders are usually dispatched within a few business days; the estimated delivery time and cost are shown at checkout. Custom pieces take longer and the timeline is agreed with you by email. If delivery is delayed, we will let you know.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

If a product is faulty or not as described, contact ninelivescltv@gmail.com within a reasonable time of noticing the issue. Statutory consumer rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act apply.

If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
