RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To use this right, send us a clear notice before the 14-day period ends. Email us at ninelivescltv@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, the items you wish to return, and a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase.

Send the items back within 14 days after notifying us. Products may be tried on as you would in a physical shop, but they must be unused, clean, and in their original condition. Please include your order number inside the parcel.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the parcel. Keep your receipt and tracking information until the return has been processed. Please do not send returns cash on delivery.

You may be responsible for any reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and fit of the product.

We will refund eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Any extra cost resulting from a delivery method more expensive than our standard option is not refundable.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a piece created from your cat's individual pattern. This exception does not apply merely because an item is handmade, and it does not limit your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at ninelivescltv@gmail.com. Include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will provide further instructions and cover reasonable return costs when the product is faulty or incorrect. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
