PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order contents, and payment status. When you email us: your message and any images you send, such as reference photos for a custom piece.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and customer service, and meet our legal accounting obligations. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and our legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

Orders and payments are handled by Shopify and the selected payment provider (such as PayPal or card processors). Parcels are delivered by the chosen shipping carrier, who receives the details needed for delivery. Email is handled through Google. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We never sell your data.

Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by Finnish accounting law (generally six years after the end of the financial year). Other messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

This site uses only essential storage needed for it to work, such as remembering your shopping cart. Checkout on Shopify may set its own necessary cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request data portability. Write to ninelivescltv@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
